Went to see North Star at Kallang Wave Mall to support what my boyfriend train for and do. Can't imagine if it's real though. While watching, I heard someone ask his wife. "Don't you feel safe, seeing how well you're protected?" Proud of my boyfriend, that's all I can say.
If you look at the movie poster properly, it's actually polaroids of her face in different years. If it was me, it would have been hard to live in solitary and avoid being close with people. To be so far away from the people I love. It's sad how people are so quick to submit humans as test subjects, experiments, just out of curiosity and in the name of "science". I would be exhausted from hiding and running. It's difficult though, to live despite all that has happened. I guess I would classify this as romance/fantasy? I didn't really like the ending though? It would have been fine if it wasn't such a coincidence. At some point in time, I got kinda of annoyed? I thought it was unfair. But it's only a movieee. I do love Blake Lively though.

Managed to have my Karaoke fix at Teo Heng Suntec. After so long... I think it has been more than a month. Since march!!! There are nothing much to do in Singapore, so we pretty much just watch movies and sing karaoke to hang out. Although we sang for only 2 hours, I felt my voice getting hoarse. Teo Heng is really cheap, it was 2 hours for $16 sharp. Do take note there's no drinks or snacks provided though. BUT the drinks there are $1, mega cheap!!! Some more it's a Sunday, but probably because it's not peak hour. Wished we could sing longer though, then again, they probably have reservations from 3pm onwards. After we left the room, there were a lot of people at the counter. Best to book in advance, since they are cheap, a lot of people would want to come here instead of Kbox. However, it was a tad more difficult to find the songs you want. Unless you know the specific song you would like to sing. Most of the time we just go to the top hits and select from there.
Had Chili's at Clarke Quay to celebrate my boyfriend's mother birthday / mother's day. Reminds me so much of America. From the big serving of food, to the buffalo wings, to the large sized cups, almost everything, except the fact that I'm in Singapore. And the ranch sauce *insert heart emojis*. Because of America, that's why I started loving ranch. I would choose ranch over anything. Okay maybe not barbecue, they would be on the same rank. And caesar!!! Miss having nachos with Yan Ling/Becky at Santa Fe. The service was quite slow though, I guess it's either because they are shorthand (which is highly impossible, I think I saw at least 5 - 6 staffs) or they are a number of them not doing their job properly. Oh well, at least the food is good. Although I still prefer Fat Boy Burgers. Boneless Buffalo Wings tasted exactly the same. I miss TGIF with ESPN sigh.
Resume my maid duties after that.
Working under Disney was such an amazing, memorable, wonderful experience, I would never trade that with anything. If I could, I would work there for the rest of my life. I felt so happy over there. Even though the wage there might not be that good (it's good after changing to Singapore dollars though), it was truly the happiest place on earth. It was different, but I learnt so much. I miss it so much over there.
Don't look my best here, but despite all the shitty people, I can't deny all the fun I had.
Thank you. It was truly a magical one.
