HELLO. A photo of me in case you guys miss me HAHA.

I did nothing. Okay not really. Spent Monday and Tuesday watching movies since I wasn't called in for work. Although I was working on Wednesday. I went there not knowing the schedule changed, but somehow or rather, the other outlets needed manpower, so I stayed and my colleague went to help the other outlet. Anyway, basically I watched Pitch Perfect and the Saw series. Like finally.

Synopsis: College student Beca (Anna Kendrick) knows she does not want to be part of a clique, but that's exactly where she finds herself after arriving at her new school. Thrust in among mean gals, nice gals and just plain weird gals, Beca finds that the only thing they have in common is how well they sing together. She takes the women of the group out of their comfort zone of traditional arrangements and into a world of amazing harmonic combinations in a fight to the top of college music competitions.

Well although I enjoyed the movie, it's common and generic. I could somehow predict the ending. The movie feels like a mix of High School Musical and Glee. Since you know, Glee had Vocal Adrenaline, HSM had Sharpay Evans, well Pitch Perfect had Treblemakers. It's the usual storyline. Girl don't want to join a club, "forced" to and fell in love with in, the club includes bitchy leader, neutral assistant, sassy lady, a soft spoken girl. No matter how enjoyable the movie is, I probably would not have paid money to watch it. It's cute, it's sweet, but it's not new. I guess the only special part was the cup song. I love the audition, it's different. AND I LOVE MASHUPS. My favourite.

Not gonna review Saw one by one cause it will take too long. And I can't remember most of it except there's quite an amount of gore and plot twist. Basically Saw is based on this guy called John. Because there's so much corruption and injustice, he want to take matters into his own hands. He create ridiculously creative and cool traps for those that have sinned and give them a chance to get out of the situation. Most of the time the people die because they are unwilling to make the sacrifice and make the decision in time. Generally, you have to listen to what he say carefully and follow according. But usually the victims are like "fuck you", which is quite normal since Jigsaw was the one that put them there in the first place. Why would you want me to survive if you put me here from the beginning? I love how mindfucking Jigsaw is. He has multiple accomplice I can tell you that. The movies are all overlapping, it's hard to see which one started first, which is the last. If you cared about storyline at all, I suggest you google the timeline cause it's all screwed up. I enjoy the traps, I love it. Most of them deserve to die, but I feel bad because some of them have kids. But oh well.

Synopsis: An aging porn star (Srdjan Todorovic) who's struggling to provide for his family agrees to make a film that, unbeknown to him, contains themes of pedophilia, necrophilia and may end with his death.

I think the synopsis says it all though. Let me just say that this movie is downright disturbing, there's not much gore scenes though. But ultimately I felt bad for the porn star. Somehow or rather he's forced to sign the contract since he's got no more money and he's trying very hard to provide for the family. We can see that he treats this industry as straightly business, nothing personal. But then again, there's a limit to what a person can take. And I guess the ending was necessary. Overall, it bought light to this saying, "I will only stop when there's no buyers". Which I mentioned a few posts back about Skin Trade. Which is super true, greed changes people and in this movie the director mention that his clients would pay huge money for this movie to be made. At some point in time, I just wanted to huge Milos and tell him everything will be okay. But let's face it, it wouldn't. It's so fucked up to the point whereby I know that's not possible. The directors are sick, the people involved in this are sick. Done.

And I'm starting to watch Guinea Pig the series. Although I can't seem to find the movie though. I've watched Guinea Pig: Devil's Experiment, I didn't find it too gory. I have heard that the second one, Guinea Pig 2: Flower of Flesh & Blood is worse. So... I will attempt to find it. For now, I want to watch The Breakfast Club and maybe Cannibal Holocast.

Oh anyway, I signed my contract for 2 years of slavery, yay! Okay not that bad but it's gonna be a tough 2 years. I have got some of the benefits I wanted, and I think I'm starting with catering. Wish me luck guys! And I finally rent my graduation gown. I wanted to buy it... Hmm. I didn't in the end. So, hopefully I don't regret it. Turns out I'm going to miss Poly after all.

Okay bye!
