10th April 2015, Friday

Hi I'm back from watching movie! Just bathed and I'm here blogging. Anyway, I was watching "Iron Ladies". It's funny and dramatic, which is why I liked it. Their actions are bimbotic and exaggerated, making the film more interesting. I love the teamwork, the humor, the relationship between all of them. In this kind of films, there's always this guy with a not very open/understanding family. In this case, it's the mom. Usually people would just comment just be straight and don't disappoint. Which is somewhat true if you're willing to sacrifice your happiness. If it was me, I would treasure my happiness more than others. I would be living with guilt, low self esteem and so much more. I would rather be myself than put up a front. But I guess that's just how I am. They are brave to do this, I admire their courage to do so.

In summary, I would never let the society define me. I am who I am, and proud of it. You can't please everybody, but there's always someone that's gonna be proud of you. It's either you hide yourself or set free.

Nothing much to say anyway, we didn't do much. But laundry is done, so that's out of the way! Gonna go swimming and gym tomorrow with him. Maybe there's more to say tomorrow. Reaching Running Man 160 soon, and I'm finishing 2 Broke Girls season 1. Many more to go. Animes, movies, tv shows. I think I might as well clone myself. And books. Sigh, there's not enough time in one day man. Okay bye!

You can ask me questions here!

Started the day by heading to the gym. I didn't do much though, definitely less fit than before. But I'm not going to complain. I should do something if I want things to change. Although I'm probably doing it after my trip to Bangkok. I'm sure I'm gonna eat like mad over there. To the island of mango sticky rice, boat noodles, pork buns, coconut ice cream and much more. AND CHEAP CHEAP COCONUTS.

After which, we watched "The Interview" at Eugene's place. It was such a ridiculous movie, I guess it's not my type of movie??? That's all I can say. If you like "Epic Movie", "Scary Movie", those kind of genre, this is for you. Still don't really like it, however it makes fun of things like politics, and other more serious matter. Overall I think it would be a good movie, just that I don't appreciate it? Not a movie I would pay money to watch.

And now we are currently addicted to this computer/phone game called "Adventure Capitalist". It's an amazing game for idle people. Like you can just leave it there and let it rot, but it lets you earn money anyway. The down side is that, there's nothing much to it. It's just buying and selling shares. The good side is that it's perfect for lazy people who loses interest in a game easily. When you come back to the game after some time, you will get more money than you ever imagine. There's no attacking, stealing or whatsoever, which would not make me frustrated. Love ittt ~

Since my boyfriend didn't have to book in today, we went to watch "The Longest Ride" with Eugene. I cried like a baby. No joke. I expected it anyway, especially because it's a sappy love story. There's bound to be sad scenes and happy ones too. I cry at both. Even so, I thought the movie was a bit too overused. Since Nicholas Sparks books have similar ideas/plots/storyline. But it provides what it provides, a romance story. Basically a chick flick.

Drank one of my favourite soups, missed it a lot. Although I miss working there because of the soup, I didn't like it. Where I worked, it was chaos if there's not enough people. But this is F&B, this is how it works in F&B. Manpower shortage is a problem in this industry, it's hard to keep people and I don't blame them. It's a tough service line, what I can say is, people that will stay are in it for the passion if not for the contract. Either which. In this industry, you can get jobs easily. Oh well, back to the topic. I love the Beef Goulash from The Soup Spoon. Every time I pass by any of my workplace, I instantly miss the perks of working there. BUT NO, there's a reason why I left. That's that.

Took a photo of the Ferris Wheel and Marina Bay Sands as I was walking on the overhead bridge to Nicoll Highway MRT. The world is so big...

Well bye! Gonna have lunch with Min Jun tomorrow!
