With you right here, I'm a rocketeer.
Even when we had a horrible start to our Valentines Day, I guess we work it out in the end. I had such a great time with my favourite boy in the whole wide world. Attended my awards ceremony in the afternoon and got a certificate, which I probably wouldn't post. Maybe later. But I'm excited to start work at Tung Lok, I have no idea why, I just really am.
Left early, and walked around with my favourite boy and favourite girls. Talked with them, and even though it was a short period of time, at least I had my talk to the girls. Though they came so late I couldn't take a photo with them! :-( Oh wells, at least they saw me getting an award. Which I never got it in my entire life! Train down to Dhoby Ghaut after my girls left.
Walked around Dhoby Ghaut while waiting to go eat dinner with my boy. This is the time when the cafe prove me wrong. I thought it was a cafe that had average food, average service due to its appearance, but I was shocked. Okay not that exaggerating, but really though, it taught me not to judge a book by its cover, although that's what I do often. The steak wasn't that good, but the carbonara was amazing. (It has strong garlic smell which I totally LOVE and ADORE), lasagna which was quite good, the food was even better than the Billy Bombers. The cafe is called "Mr Bean Cafe" though, it's nearby Prinsep Street! But the food are a little bit overpriced, but overall, I had a good dinner there. We had a discount too! Hehe. And a middle aged man serving us had a good attitude. Like him a lot!
Afterwards, we had to wait for our 11.50pm movie. So we just slacked around outside The Cathy because we were too full and he was sleepy. In the end he didn't sleep and we stayed awake to admire how beautiful his card was, I totally agree. Glad to have someone that make cards for me, (THEY ARE SO PRETTY OKAY). Anyways, we caught "That Awkward Moment". He's totally Zac Efron (as the character in the movie).
It was quite an entertaining movie with romance and etc. A little draggy though, but funny. But, it's not very very awkward... Okay la, a little. Cabbed home afterwards.
Thanks for the amazing valentines, I enjoyed it. Time for my turn to plan the next one :-)
I love you.
