Sing me to sleep, let the lullabies draw me to bed.

If it doesn't work, sleeping pills might do the trick.

One too many, my heart might just go click.

Dopey eyelids will help me snooze, unlike my mind.

Ways to doze off, feels all so similar to ways to die.

From those red marks on your wrist, or the air you breathe.

Seems like it's easier to die than to sleep.

Easier to get sad than to be happy.

Slipping into the ocean where nobody known,

Maybe even falling from a cliff nobody could hear.

Choking on something or running across the road.

Seems easier to die than to live.
