(Chocolate Mousse)

Finally made chocolate mousse after so long, considering I wanted to make one for a while now but didn't really bothered to do it cause I needed to cook the egg yolk in a double boiler and etc. Okay I'm being annoying. First attempt at this, I don't think it's that good. It was a tad too sweet, I almost burned the chocolate, the whipped cream wasn't really at soft peak after a while, I whisked the cream in instead of folding it. But my boyfriend loved it, so all was well!

Finally did floor and it was hectic. The movie "Thor" was showing and the cinemas were all full. Had to rush here and there to clear the halls. It was too under-staff and everything was so crazy. Although it was quite easy, but mad rush for time. Oh, and my boyfriend got his iPhone5s. But now, I have to think of other presents to give him. Sigh. Japanese is getting harder and harder. And I have to remember how to write everything. Save me.

Friday - Sunday

Almost late for the morning class cause apparently I was too tired that I couldn't hear my alarm ringing. I was pretty sure I didn't switch on the snooze button. Woke up at 8.30 and when class starts at 9 am (there's a 10 minute grace period). Reached class at around 9.10 am, just in time. So exhausted that I kept on panting in my class like a dog, sigh. Ended class around 11.30am and went home to rest and stuff. Did floor again was still so hectic. Ended super late so we had to cab home. Oh, my boyfriend and I got addicted to this game called Clash of Clans! It's similar to dota, well, to me. Dropped my phone in the taxi, thank god for my boyfriend if not I will lose it forever. Experience a night without my phone. It wasn't that bad. Went back to candy bar for a day, missed it so much. Couldn't remember much so sorry. It was a total blur for me.

Monday

Baked Focaccia Bread, Ciabatta and cooked Bagels. Although I only took photo for Focaccia. Mad love for it. Even though mine was a little to salty, I still loved how the flavour was so incredible. Made butter sheets. Was really happy when I got a little compliments from my classmates HAHA. I get too happy too easily.

Went straight to Vivo City after school. Met up with my boyfriend and finally caught Escape Plan. I thought the plot was amazing, how everything could be connected and how the guy isn't really a criminal and stuff. How he always broke out of prison, how much he suffered. It was incredible to watch. Especially with all the vulgarities. Hate how some movies censor the words. It's irritating to hear the beep sound. The actors are so cool although it's a little awkward sometimes, but it's all fine. I wanted to know the background story and there were some parts I don't understand. But overall I thought it was a good movie and a great take on the word Escape. And it's crazy how the prison is actually on a ...

Firstly, I got my email from Disney! Finally! I got the confirmation that I'm selected to go. It's not really the role I wanted but I think I should just use this opportunity to experience the Disney culture. It's like a once-in-a-lifetime chance. I wouldn't want to miss it. So much things to note and I need a lot of money to go there. Hopefully everything goes well and I'm fine to go. But still, I need the confirmation from the SBM Director. Hope he allows!

Had to skip the trip to Soup Spoon Union because I had to celebrate my Mom's birthday at Sakura International Buffet at Pasir Ris, which is damn far away. This time, I took photos! Because it's less awkward to take photo in front of my parents. I look really awkward cause my mother told us to be closer, but erm I don't think it's appropriate haha! Lost my boyfriend's ezlink card, sigh. Damn careless of me. Walked around with him for a while more and went home. It was basically good day good company.

Thursday

Did box office today, AT LAST. Harder to cope compared to candy bar, did a few mistakes, but it's still fun. Candy Bar tomorrow. OKAY I HAVE TO SLEEP. I HAVE CLASS AT 9 AM AND I'M STILL AWAKE. It's 2.22 am.
